Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

5S Infotech provides SaaS products (5S Whatapi, 5S GMB Suite, RentFlow) and custom AI development services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. It applies to our websites and products for customers in India and internationally.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, business name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, billing details.
• Payment data: processed by our payment partners (Razorpay for INR, PayPal for USD). We do not store card numbers.
• Product data: content and contacts you upload to run campaigns and automations. You control this data; we process it on your instructions.
• Usage data: log data, device and approximate location (used, for example, to show prices in your local currency).

3. How we use data

• To provide, secure and improve the services.
• To process payments and send invoices and service communications.
• To respond to support requests (primarily via WhatsApp and email).
• To comply with legal obligations, including tax and export documentation.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to run the services: payment gateways (Razorpay, PayPal), cloud hosting providers, Meta (for WhatsApp Business API message delivery) and Google (for Business Profile features), analytics providers, and as required by law. Each processor is bound by its own data protection terms.

5. International customers (GDPR)

For customers in the EU/EEA and UK, we process personal data under the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interests and consent (where required). You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. To exercise them, contact hello@5sinfotech.in. Data may be processed in India and other countries with appropriate safeguards.

6. Indian customers (DPDP Act)

We process personal data of Indian users in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including purpose limitation, consent where required, and your right to grievance redressal. Contact us at hello@5sinfotech.in for any request.

7. Retention and security

We retain data while your account is active and for up to 30 days after termination (for export), or longer where the law requires (e.g. financial records). We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular backups to protect data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage (for example, to remember your currency selection) and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
